Aqua Aerobics
A fun, low-impact water-based class that delivers a full-body workout while being gentle on joints.
Aqua Aerobics takes place in the shallow end of our heated indoor pool, combining aerobic movement with the natural resistance of water. Water supports up to 90% of your body weight, reducing strain on joints while still providing effective cardiovascular and strength training.

Gentle Yoga

Pilates
