At The Fitness Club we are open 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 8pm on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
(Children’s hours are up to 7pm daily).

Please note that the supervision of children is required in our pool at all times, in line with Swim Ireland Regulations.
Children aged 0-6 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the pool. Parent or guardian should always participate in the water with the child and parent, or guardian should always keep the infant or toddler within arms-length.
Children aged 7-10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must remain in view of the child in the pool. 11 upwards may be unaccompanied providing they are strong swimmers, responsibility for this rests with the parent/guardian.
